Social Metric Identification Project Launched by Measurement Science Working Group
The MSWG has launched a Social Metric Identification Project, consisting of 3 parts. First, a literature review of existing social metric programs will be released in early December. The literature review will outline all current social metric groups, and provide a basis for the development of social metrics for TSC. Second, the project also will create a social metrics survey to be sent to TSC member companies. The intent of the survey is to: 1, identify common metrics currently in use inside of TSC companies, and 2, assess the needs of companies in the use of social metrics, and 3, identify 1 to 2 prototype social metrics to pilot in the SMRS process. Finally, the social metrics project is creating a risk assessment for all current TSC prototypes by using the Social Hotspot Database.
