Ecolabel Landscape Interim Report Completed
Duke University has delivered an interim report that provides insight into the ecolabel landscape. There are several hundred distinct labels which support various environmental claims, but which have varying degrees of scientific backing for the claims. The work from Duke will categorize the existing labels both by the type of claim made and by the quality of the underlying process and data used to support the claim. TSC is also finalizing an agreement with Cambridge University to assist Duke in these efforts.
