Consistency in THESIS key performance indicators (KPIs) has helped consumer goods companies regularly assess and improve the sustainability of their products. However, to maintain effectiveness, TSC staff and members annually review performance of THESIS KPIs, consider feedback from users, and subsequently make necessary revisions or additions.
